Welcome to St. Peter's Anglican church

"TO KNOW CHRIST AND MAKE HIM Known"

Thank you for visiting St. Peter's Anglican Church online. We invite you to browse through our website to find out more information about us. St. Peter's Anglican Church is a warm and friendly parish, which many would describe us as a country parish in an urban setting. We have been serving the Scarborough Community since 1955.

Whether you are a regular member of our church or a newcomer, you are always welcome.

St. Peter's Anglican Church depends on free-will offerings. Our financial program is based on weekly or month giving through the envelope system.

All donations are graciously accepted.

We welcome all back to in-person

Re-opening Guidelines

To ease the transition from the closures of COVID-19, we have created a re-opening guideline to provide the best care for our parishioners and all who use our building.

Emergency Food Pantry

Our Emergency Food Pantry is open Fridays from 10 a.m. -12 p.m. noon. If you are struggling for food, we can help. No appointment is required. We have limited stock of canned goods and packaged items. Should you require a larger supply of food, including fresh items, please visit any of the regular food banks in the area such as St. Ninian's Food Bank located at 930 Bellamy Road North (Tuesdays 5 p.m. - 8 p.m.).

The Tree of Hope

Outside of the church, the Rev. Helena-Rose Houldcroft has created a tree of hope. This tree will signify to the community that although our building is closed we are still alive and present. Every week something new will be placed on the tree. Currently, we have green fabric to represent the Pentecost season. Feel free to drive by and place something on the tree as you so desire.
